Kids at Venice’s Guggenheim
From drawing to stop-motion animation
With BeConnected we have accomplished Venice Peggy Guggenheim Museum’s wish to offer kids a chance to come into contact with art, creativity and dexterity through an innovative and digital educational path.
Aided by BigRock, we have planned a series of encounters to tutor kids on artistic collaboration.
The project is intended for two age groups: kids from 6 to 10 and from 11 to 14. During the 8 encounters both groups went online to “study” the life and works of Peggy Guggenheim, they interviewed themselves inside the museum and, using their iPad, they created fantastic short film with characters made of plasticine and LEGO bricks.
